MorCar Solutions aims to explain clearly what happens to information when you browse our site, use the available features, or choose to contact us.
Current AI Advisor
The public experience currently operates in demo mode. In that mode, the inquiry is processed locally in the browser through a deterministic response and is not sent to Firebase or an external model. The result may remain in memory while the page stays open and is removed when you start a new conversation or reload the page.
Real mode not publicly active
The frontend includes a multi-turn mode that works only when explicitly enabled through configuration. In that mode, the message and limited context would be sent to an App Check-protected Firebase callable for AI processing. Public activation, operation, and data handling require separate validation and authorization.
Information stored on your device
The Service Worker may cache public resources. Only in real mode, the frontend uses sessionStorage for up to six recent messages, a structured summary, the stage, and an opaque sessionId; it does not store an unlimited transcript there. “New conversation” replaces that state.
Analytics, cookies, and third parties
The current landing code does not include its own analytics or tracking module and does not write first-party cookies. Firebase Hosting serves the site; WhatsApp or your email client becomes involved only when you choose to contact us. Each external service applies its own terms and practices.
